No there isn't any software like that as far as turning speech into text
real tine. The phone doesn't have that kind of power. This is true for all
phones including the IPhone. They all send it out
ventually works.

like for example if i am in a lecture whare notes are being dictated i
can turn on this softwair and it will convert the spoken notes into
text
