No there is no shortcut to start Talks if you disable it. The reason why is
you need Talks running in order to get to the Tal
esign.

You do not need to disable talks to install the new version, it will install
right over the old one. Run the install
dry. I wonder if
there is a shortcut key to enable Talks if someone inadvertently disables it -
and there is no sighted assistance?
