I have a Nokia e52 and had that problem for about a year or so until I recently
decided to try using the TALKS key+down arrow long or short. I don't know at
all if this will work with anything earlier than the latest version or any
other phone except mine, but try it.

I have just had another look at my friend's phone before I return it and have
found Talks does not read the help screens. Is there a way to train it, or is
it yet another inaccessible feature like the emoticons list? any help most
appreciated. thanks in advance.
