Really sounds strange but just check this out. Under the positioning and
Positioning Server, check and see if it's on
supl.nokia.com
Also the access point here, make sure it's same with the gprs connection you
are using to get connected.
That much I can say on maps.

I have astrange problem: I am able to use internet (GPRS) on my E 72 but am
neither able to connect to software update nor to OVI maps. My settings are
