i assume that your phone is N81 not the 8GB flavor, if my memory sirved me
right, the N81 has only 12MB internal memory, correct me
if i'm wrong.

Did you look at the Memory usage on the phone either in the file manager or
in the Option when in the main menu? This will give you some idea of what is
using memory.
Try going into the Internet and deleting the cashe for it.
Delete old messages on the phone and or move them to the memo

I guess she turned on the feature in talks call callerID in automation tab. if
it is right, ask her to turn it off or adjust it to a
longer time like 5 or 10 seconds.

The closest possibility is cause she have turned on the Talks Caller ID option.
Also check the ring tone which she have set and also the profile she is
currently in.
