Yes you can do that in the active profile that you are using! Just turn on
SayName and as long as the name is in your contact list, the phone will say
it while the phone is ringing. This has nothing to do with Talks. It is a
phone function.

Have you gone in to phone settings and under the network day caller name on.'it
is a toggle on all my phoned. You may have a tools and settings or as far as I
can tell a Control Panel on the more modern phones. This should bring you to
Settings and phone.

As Dave says, locked just means that the unit has acquired or achieved a
connection to the GPS satellite network, thus a lock is a good thing, the
stronger the lock, the better.
