Don't use the Gallery menu, but go through the file manager instead and
browse the folders that contain's the needed files.

You are correct. This is the case with most Nokia phones amd Talks. A work
around is to have your photos stored on your memory card. I have mine in a
folder I call images. When I take a photo I give it a name amd save it to
memory card gallery amd it goes to my Images folder.
