the concept of c: drive in our phone is similar to our c: drive in our pc.. in our pc, by default , there are folders/files which are hidden.. unless you select the option to show hidden folders/files, only then you can see the folders/files.. likewise for our phone. even if you use pc suite

Can you be more specific. Give an example of a file that you believe to be there but is not there. Tell us when you put on the file, how you put it there and now why it does not appear to be there. Do you have y-browser on your phone? This gives different drives and if you go through y-brows
