I have installed python 2.7.3 and tahoe 1.9.2 on windows followed the
quickstart tutorial, however, the verification process didnt went well.
First, after installation i tried to run bin\tahoe but it only came out as:
tahoe is not recognized as an internal or external command..

I am trying to use Tahoe for our under going project, however, we may want
to change something such as the erasure code policy and server selection
method. I know tahoe is an open source code software , so Can any of you
tell me where i can find the source code for tahoe to make some change

I see that the tahoe is using (10,3) erasure coding, since the file is
broken into 10 chunks, does the current version of tahoe allows users to
setup how many chunks it would like to upload to a certain server?
