highway=crossing + bicycle=no
tagging to mean "you cannot use this crossing to cross road while cycling,
it does not affect legality of cycling on the road"

We always use it on nodes to mark a crossing where you must dismount. Not
very common on ways around here.

I want to write a new proposal about the battery swapping system for the
automotive vehicle. I'm not sure if modifying amenity=charging_station is
better or creating a new tag amenity=battery_swapping. I prefer to use
amenity=charging_station but found that is not a easy thing to do tha
It's better to create a new tag like "amenity=battery_swapping" or
something like that, because this is not a place where you can plug in your
own electric vehicle to charge it.

When my e-scooter run out of energy I would go to the swapping stations to have
a new battery since the battery must be rented by the battery provider.
It just like charging the battery in very short time (even faster than
refueling in the gas station). But it truly more like to have a new bottle
