While doing my regular comparison of different sets of presets (see my
talk at SotM Milano for more information), one of the more noticeable
differences is the the presets that I maintain, and by extension JOSM,
does not include building=civic. This was introduced later than
building=public and by
Reservation, in my head, would steer me far away from doctors. They mean
somewhat similar things, but reservation conjures up more of a restaurant with
full service than a doctor's office or clinic.
My definition of reservation is: "A reservation is a hold on a table at a
restaurant"
