The kind of derivative information that you suggest does not add much to the map, hence I don't support your proposal. On the other hand, if you simply added the area of the parking lot you see next to the building (kind of a factual information), others could draw the same conclusion as you did.

Underground malls are often mapped with location=underground and layer=-1 and more negative values can be used for the underground levels of features within the mall. But how should we specify the location of an entrance to the underground mall? There is an amenity=parking_entrance tag for the en
