Regarding your last question how to proceed:
I would aim for the proposals to get approved (even if it only means
that there are some people on the tagging list how voted for it and it
is not related to all the other mapper
Please do not even look at Google when mapping, we do not have permission to
use it.

Google when mapping.
Any changes that have involved Google should be reverted.

Ok. I will revert it. It just implies deleting a street number, reloading
my trace and repointing street number from my trace (~0.5 m difference). I
will correct it this time using PNOA only.
