Talk to this user to explain that it's fun but must be stopped and reverted.
He do it itself... or somebody 'll do it for him and request a lockout.

The user seems to have some history with bad edits[1]. Some of the tags
could be helpful. (e.g. public microwaves in campuses), but it appears
this user is not familiar with OSM etiquette and just goes ahead and
edits as he/she sees fit without discussing. There's also a chance of
intentional vanda
User has replied on their talk page. I get the impression they're
cooperative but don't know the guidelines. Could someone more
experienced with tag creation explain to them what's fine and what's
not?

I know abbreviated names are frowned upon in OSM, but what about places
like towns where the abbreviation is part of the official name? For
example, Mt. Lebanon Township in Allegheny County, PA (near Pittsburgh). It

Unless the word is "St." for Saint in English where there is no evidence
that the full spelling is ever, ever used.
And including the word "Township" in the name may also be considered
"tagging for the renderer". This place sounds like it is a "township" by
virtue of some act of incorporation and
