I added mindistance=* to the section "statutory restrictions" on wiki
page for access=*
(https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:access#Size_and_statutory_restrictions).
It's the signed minimum trailing distance, in metres as it is default
for lengths.

Is there a generally accepted way to tag minibus routes? What I mean is that,
the routes are not part of the standard bus route network, operated with fixed
routing, and use light vehicles (less than 20 passengers).
