you could add produce=olive_oil. It is only used 21 times but that's the
most used tag I've found.

We were starting the development of a new OpenStreetMap based information
site, for collection information of accessibility in Hungary. Since, in

Yes, any tags may be used. See

usage country-specific traffic sign codes.
I think that at least common signs may be tagged by human-readable

An olive oil factory does not necessarily comprise an olive oil mill, in
the sense that they mix and package olive oil, but do not process olives on
the same premises.

proposed highways that don't merit a proposed highway tag likely shouldn't be
mapped at all, IMHO

Can you send an example of that culvert tagging? Generally the tunnel and
bridge tags should be on the way that the tunnel or bridge is made for.
