you think it is a good idea? Can I document it in the wiki ?

The sport key should be used to define
We should try to unify tagging of various sport objects as much as
possible. Golf courses are tagged like this:
leisure=golf_course
golf=green
golf=bunker
so I suggest:
leisure=ski_jumping_hill (over the whole area)
ski_jump=take_off (or maybe better, ski_jump=in-run)
ski_jump=landing
ski_jump=c

it is not IMHO, consider putting it into the leisure key, sport is used for
types of sport (attribute) rather than physical objects
