Actually by splitting you state that they are physically divided and that it is
impossible to change the lane - that is very different to not allowed.

As there is some discussion on this mailing list about adding either a
suffix or prefix would be better for the mentioned proposal, I added a
section at the end of the Discussions page and reopened the issue

Hallo everyone!
There are many restaurants etc. that close their kitchen early in the evening.
Afterwards, you can no longer order hot food, only drinks and cold snacks.
Similarly, at some restaurants the kitchen opens at noon, but you can already
go there earlier and order e.g. coffee and muff
