I agree that this is a feature we want to have, but I don't think
there should be rendering suggestions in the feature description, and
I can't agree that this belongs to
You say: "A place for children to do homework, play and spend time
otherwise after school."
The "after school" part is inaccurate as day care centers are often a
place children go to during the day while their parents work.
Some other considerations:

Using both railway=station and amenity=bus_station gives two labels in
Mapnik. I reported this as a bug but apparently it's not fixable:

The problem with social_facility=outreach, even if you also use
social_facility:for=senior, is that it doesn't specify which of the many types
of services are available. Subtags for such things as adult daycare would also
be useful.
