It's clearly visible in JOSM with Mapbox Satellite imagery, but I don't know
how to give a link to that view point.

Hello,
I can't find how to properly tag this place. [1]
No name pops to mind to represent its purpose: forum, amphitheatre,
pedestrian, speakers corner, etc
I see a licensing problem.
Why?
As long as OSMDoudou is using a valid source to map, it doesn't matter
how he refers the information to the rest of us.

It is perfectly fine to use copyrighted maps, images etc during discussion.
We may not make edits based on them but it does not extend to banning
linking to them in discussions.

I would tag the entire place between buildings as place=square, the flat
surfaces as highway=pedestrian+area=yes, the steps as area steps [1] and
the bleachers as leisure=bleachers.
