A recent proposal I promoted turns out to have a flaw.
It's amenity=sanitary_dump_station. Despite fairly extensive
discussion on this list, apparently nobody with a boating background
had a good look at the proposal. The flaw only came to light as
tagging started.
Can you figure out the flaw?
