At least in my own irc chat room, the tagging advice will be consistant :-) But seriously, it's actually easier to emalgimate 10(or so) external dataset schemas into a cohesive Universal Schema. then after, I make the SchemaTroll2osm.csv file available where only osm tags need to be changed.
