I'm not that much in favour of such a tag:
1) it's not about the current state of the element, but more on the cause of it.
2) It's temporary (hopefully)

The colon after the "Vandalised" made the link not work on mastodon and
maybe here as well, so I've deleted it from the Proposal name. Sorry
about the confusion.
