What would be really easy and flexible would be to tag u_turn=no on a node. This would mean that this node is not allowed to take part in a u_turn manouver either as part of a from a to or a via. Since most traffic light intersections seem to be all 4 way no u_turn, all we need is one tage on each

Be careful. Imagine the wadi or intermittent stream floods suddenly. If you know that you can think with two ways (track and stream) you can use the track...but the reality may be different and can be flooded by the "intermittent water".To avoid this I would tag in the same line ,also I would add t

I would add that, according to the wiki (https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:waterway%3Dwadi), waterway=wadi has been deprecated and should be replaced with waterway=stream or waterway=river, anyway with intermittent=yes. Apart from that, I agree with 61sundowner: the track and the waterway

I know of several wineries that operate a tasting room facility separate from the winery itself. I'm trying to come up with the right tagging scheme to use on them. Since they aren't located at the actually winery, craft=winery seems incorrect. In the wiki, shop=winery isn't defined, although that
