This very small patch set describes how libcgroup and systemd could work
together. It contains patches for libcgroup project, not for systemd! I send it
to systemd mailing list just for review if I described it correctly.

New documentation file is added. It should describe how systemd and
libcgroup should work together and how to configure a system to have
control groups created by libcgroup's cgconfig service.
