I've submitted my first pull request for issue #27231 ("Definite integral
variant fails") with a test case added. As this is my first open-source
contribution, I'd be grateful for any feedback or suggestions for
improvement. Thank you!

Hello! I’m just starting with open-source contributions and am eager to

they’re still relevant or as beginner-friendly as they once were. If there

Hi everyone,
I am new to open source and would like to contribute to SymPy. While
exploring the issues, I noticed that most of the "easy-to-fix" issues are

Could someone please guide me on how I can start contributing? Sh

Hello, I’ve been looking to contribute to SymPy and noticed there are
issues labeled as ‘easy to fix.’ However, many of them have been open for
over two years and don’t seem easy to fix anymore. I’ve been waiting a long
time to find an easy-to-fix issue, but nothing suitable has come up. What’s

Could you please update the difficulty level for all projects on the SymPy
Wiki page? Some projects do not have their difficulty stated, and adding
this information would make it easier for contributors to select a suitable
project and plan accordingly.
Thank you!

Hi all,
Just wanted to ask — is it intentional that the release notes for SymPy
1.15 haven't been added to the Wiki yet? Or is it that the Wiki gets
updated only after the previous version (1.14 in this case) is released,
and then the 1.15 notes will be added afterward?
Thanks for clarifying!
I’m interested in contributing to SymPy’s *Benchmarking and Performance*
project for GSoC. I’d like to help move benchmarks to the *sympy_benchmarks*
repo, add new ones, and set up continuous benchmarking. Additionally, I’m
excited to improve performance and the GitHub Actions bot.
