Hello;
Due to some of those things in life that sometimes happen I reconverted
strongly to Catholicism and I want to join my devotions with my favorite OS
(FreeBSD).. so voila.. I'm here playing with sword.
I have some pretty cool documents.. starting with the new Catechism of the

Yeah.. it's a known problem, I was just mentioning it's really and practically
a limitation.

Thanks.. I'll just simplify the references.
Concerning new documents ... there are still some nice documents from CCEL

Hello again;
I am learning to build modules with the "Imitation of Christ". I downloaded the
thml version from CCEL and it basically works, my conf file includes:
GlobalOptionFilter=ThMLScripref
however using GnomeSword2 I don't see the references. Is this wrong??

I just can't find any toggle for that, but I can see the references from other
books. I'll have to play a bit with the id field to see i

Hmm.. while reading this thread;
The unbound bible project carries the "La Bible de Jérusalem", and they seem to
be very careful about copyrights. A quick googling around shows the text seems
to be available on the net.. even directly from the Copyright holder (I think
it's owned by Cerfs).

Hello;
I have yet another versification problem:
In my Bibles (including the printed versions) and in the online version from
the Vatican, there is no such thing as Malachi 4, instead those verses are at
the end of Malachi 3.
Moving them is not a big deal but I would like to keep the original as

I redid one of my thml docs (The Passion) in osis (thanks for that xslt, it
really helped)... however, titles are not displayed in gnomesword. For example
when I do this:
CHAPTER XL.
Crucifixion of the Thieves.

none of the titles are displayed. I had to do the second title with , wh

Hello guys;
I just received an email from Francisco Anta from "Sociedad Biblica Catolica
Internacional". They produce excellent Bibles in many languages, and their
objectives pretty much match what sword wants.
When I asked for permission to redistribute their text he said

A sad update on this :(.
It is clear they won't go into the work of making the text available in other
formats.
Most importantly; it seems they misunderstood my request so I am still checking
if we have permission to actually *rip* the text from their website and use it
for our world domination p
The Catholic Bible Society Sword project is now dead.
If anyone wants to work on the Westminster Version of the Sacred Scriptures
