I'm not going to say that is encoded correctly, because it's obviously not.
However, comparing with my paper ESV, it is worth noting that they are two
separate footnotes that are separated by a comma (e.g. y, z).

Speaking of commas, there are some places in the KJV module where, if the
text is output using diatheke to RTF format, the space present in the module
is missing after the comma in the output. These could probably be traced
