Vandalism is cleaned up and I'm now moderating new user account requests. Those that want an account have to give their "real name," an email account that they can validate, and a short biography with a minimum required length. When approved that biography will become their user page. Obviously

About a year ago we started blocking spammers, but we only blocked for a year. They are now reinstated and are spamming again. Bummer. Anyway, we are rolling back their changes as we see them happening and blocking them forever. Our basic spam handling mechanism is to make accounts wait 4 day
