Hi.
I'm playing a little with InstallMgr framework mostly because of
creating a Objective-C wrapper around it.
Anyway, I noticed that in my code, after initializing, creating
InstallMgr folder and InstallMgr.conf file and adding a install source,
I need to explicitely refresh the source first
