The icu-sword CVS module is now synced with ICU 2.8. A new version of
uconv compiled for Win32 is available here:

And a new version of the ICU DLL (necessary for versions of BibleCS
compiled against the current version of icu-sword
I just made a big commit of icu-sword to update it to ICU 2.6 (previously
it was 2.0-based). If you're using Borland to develop, you'll need to
update. If you're using Linux, it should work, but I haven't tested it
personally. It should definitely work with MSVC 6-7.1.
