OSIS Module Validator
This Windows tool can check whether an OSIS document is valid against
the OSIS schema. It will identify errors and their positions in the
case of non-valid documents..

Create the ability to upload an OSIS file and a conf, once uploaded,
both will be validated and converted to a module
