The biggest problem here is that sword update to 1.8 missed the ubuntu 18
LTS feature freeze, so it will be 2020 before sword 1.8 is fully supported
in the bulk of linux installations without special management, and 2022

Right now this is an unsolved problem - there is an existing engine
enhancement request that the install manager does stop the listing of
modules which require a higher engine version
Front-end apps such as PocketSword that have not yet been updated with SWORD
v1.8 can install FreSegond1910, but they cannot make use of its configured v11n.
This module displays some content shifted relative to verse references.
