Hi there team. :)
So, apparently HTTP isn't really supported with the SWORD
InstallMgr... I've been looking around & trying to figure out what is
missing & I've discovered that there seems to be a sorta-framework for
HTTP in there, but it's half done... I'm looking at what is required
Followup...
It seems the problem exists only in doing an upgrade of an installed
module. Removing a module entirely, then re-installing it, works OK.
It's an odd way to achieve a module upgrade, but it'll have to do.
Thanx to Terry for informing me on the GS list of this workaround.

Terry just did some updates to bring back the module manager in GS,
which hadn't been functional in FCn for some time. Trying it out, it
promptly toasted several modules that I decided to re-download
experimentally. But it seems not to be GS' fault, because trying the

Hello.
Can you provide more details? Is the problem with sword.chm or another
file? If it is with sword.chm what does the command line look like?
Have you tested the problem on more than one system with different
versions of IE?

I think it would be helpful if possible to divide the modules in the
install manager by language groups just as they are on the web page.

Under the assumption that once people install the software, they probably
won't check the sword webpage frequently, but will probably run the install

Don,
(Nice fish!) :) We need to build a new binary for installmgr against the
latest library. I'm hoping that will fix your problem. I'll post one
soon. Please let me know if the problem still persists.
Thanks!

Chris or David, when sword.chm runs from Install Manager Help/Contents it
loads the same as if it were ran from BibleCS. I assume the command line is
something like:
hh.exe help\sword.chm
If you change that to
hh.exe help\sword.chm::modulesh.html#instmg
it should load open to the Install Man
