A practical workaround is for module developers to add a self-closing seg
element into each such empty verse, especially verse 1 of a chapter!!!
This fixes the problem with front-ends such as Xiphos being unable to select
the chapter with a missing verse 1, nor to scroll past such a chapter.

These hyphenated words are found in the LXX module text.
