Module *ESV2011* has this construction (or similar) in 7123 locations:
Lord
SWORD filters do not render the word *Lord* with *small-caps* when it's
inside the *w* element inserted for *Strong's Numbers*.
This would have worked OK, of course,

but that's not what was done by Tyndale House.
*ESV2001* still has this unchanged:
SwordVersionDate=2010-08-07
NB. I have just updated this issue in our tracker:

The issue should be left open until the matter of the *SwordVersionDate* has
been reviewed.
