just saved all zips using wget and autmatically unzipped and converted them.
The conversion word->xhtml is now not totally automatic any more, I guess.

If we find a way to convert it into something reasonable the conversion should

the download statistics don't work atm.
The reason is that the naming of the ftp and http logfiles changed. The suffix
is now -20080420 instead of -1 .
Is it possible to change the naming back to the old one? Otherwise the
download statistics script needs a tweak.

I've created the GerLutherpredigten module in a time when it wasn't clear
which encoding the keys should use (at least I think so :).
I had a look into my sources and noticed that the content uses utf8 and that
the keys are encoded in iso8859-1.
I guess this is wrong now.
