I used notepad ++ and converted the file to utf-8 without Bom and it worked !

ok then i was wrong. I did not work so i deleted xiphos and the sword project
and downloaded the version with the king james to be shure i put my bible in
the right directory's
Then I moved my bibles . i guess my presumption was wrong.

./modules/texts/rawtext/mymodule/
./modules/texts/ztext/mymodule/
the only difference is i used text while i should have used rawtext
