It says that
"First published in 1963, first copyrigt expired in 1991",
But only the book 'Gospel of John' was published in 1963,
the rest of New testament was published in 1965.

It seems that the copyright of the new testament part of Japanese sinkaiyaku
(新改訳) translation ( first edition published in 1965) is expired.
Note that the Old testament part published in 1970, or the revised edition
(1978) of sinkaiyaku are still under the copyright.
