What had happened to the Bible.org repository that’s in our masterRepoList.conf
file ?
It’s no longer got any NET Bible modules?
Has bible.org stopped providing their NET translation in SWORD format ?
Or have they just revamped their server and inadvertently broken the link for
their repositor

They represent different workflows around how one reads/studies the
Bible. Neither is necessarily better than the other, but long ago I
tried them both and found that Xiphos
I have sent an email to David Austin plus the last two contacts I have
in my email history with @bible.org email addresses. Hope we can
rectify the situation soon. I'll let you know what I hear.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is the difference between Xiphos and
BibleTime?
This question is not meant to cause controversy, but to ascertain which
project I would like to lend assistance to.
