I was actually looking for a webpage that I could link users of my app to,
since I currently don't have any sort of module installation code set up.

No. I believe installmgr has a fairly verbose usage statement describing all
the options and includes examples. Your perspective from a new user's
standpoint is valuable. What questions do you have that might be helpful for us
to answer in the usage text?
