Aside: Browser tabs open at various wiki pages do NOT automatically refresh to
the new URL.
If anyone had bookmarked individual pages rather than just the domain, they may
need to edit the bookmarks.

The old URLs don't work either.
Worse still, if I try http://wiki/crosswire.org/
I get redirected to www.wiki.com/crosswire.org/
which is bad, very bad!
