On a mission trip this summer, one of my fellows was carrying an Ipod Touch
he purchased in 2016. The Ipod is still developed and sold by Apple and,
and being the only apple product even remotely affordable, is still very
much a front line usage case for PocketSword.

The About key needs to be made consistent with version 2.0 and the date 2013.
Currently it reads:
About=The Shona Bible that is offered here to you is a work in progress at
the time of writing, 2009.
Version 2.0 is still NT only, but this is not stated in the conf file.

The section about *Go Bible* in our apps web page still has

phones."
Nowadays, this would be seriously confusing, seeing as in today's world,

The section on *PocketSword* is so out of date that it fails to mention that
it works on the iPad & iPad Mini.
This app is designed for both iPhone and iPad.
The reference to the iPod Touch is now an archaism.
It now requires iOS 8.0 or later, so the mention of iOS 3.0 needs to be
corrected.

If you'd not noticed, *Go Bible* no longer appears in the main page of our
Developers' wiki.
I moved it quite a long time ago.
Development ceased about 5 years ago.
No new developers volunteered after Daniel Sim's last stint.

I think they inadvertently deleted the reference for verse 3.

This is wrong! It should be:

I guess this minor error came about as a consequence of the module name
discussion in your email to me during the past week.

I like having the old frontends around, as long as they are at the end
of the list and don't get in the way. I mean, what if someone has a old

still see them once in a thousand, but I don't think we want to remove

I think there was no real need to change *PolUGdanska*
from:
Versification=KJV
(as per my submission)
to:
Versification=NRSV
The sole effect is to cause *emptyvss* to give:
III John 1:15
Revelation of John 12:18
Can we fix this minor discrepancy, please?

In *PorBLivreTR* and *PorBLivre*, there's a versification issue in Psalms 46.

*PorBLivre* has LCSH=Bible.Portuguese
*PorBLivreTR* has merely LCSH=Bible.
Please update the latter.
Are there any other Bible modules for which the LCSH key could be suitably

This Bible module is found under the *Lithuanian* branch.
Might it be worthwhile enhancing the script that generates these email

This would be especially helpful when it's not immediately obvious from the
module name.

Another beta module disparity from 2008...
We seem to have two versions of this Daily Devotional module (Daily).
In CrossWire Main, (RawLD) version 1.0 (1013k)
In CrossWire Beta, (zLD) version 1.6 (363k)
Has the latter been sufficiently tested such that it could be moved to Main?

The 1689 Confession is not the "Westminster Shorter Catechism".
Surely this is a bran new module, and not an update?
