For the text of a Hebrew Bible, a file normalized to NFD is identical to the
same file normalized to NFC.
Likewise, a file normalized to NFKC or NFKD is identical to the same file
normalized to NFC.

If my observation is justified, then the WLC module needs to be rebuilt
