I see that too. I'm going to need Troy to reset permissions. The
upgrade set the new files to root/root from wiki/wiki.

Chris,
I could have sworn I first downloaded it from beta! Did I talk myself into
thinking that?
Must be a sign of "old age" - a senior moment (as they say). :-/
It now OK with FireBible again, so I don't know what was wrong this
afternoon. Weird!

I think it may have been there. Possibly you didn't refresh the repo?
Che1860 went straight to main. It was never in beta.
I think that Chris has been working on it in between times, as I can now see

I know about refreshing the repos.
Now only FireBible has a problem.
I am beginning to wonder if this is because I assigned a font when Che1860
was listed under English rather than Cherokee in the Installed books.
Not sure where JSword associates its fonts with its languages, but maybe
there is

I have begun all over again.
Deleted it from my appdata Xiphos path. Installed it again using Xiphos.
That works OK.
Deleted it from The Sword Project path. Copied it manually from the Xiphos
path.
Viewed with BD. That works OK, once module font = Code2000.
Viewed with BibleCS. That works
I have therefore deleted the module using the BibleCS manager.
Then afterwards could not find it in either repo.
I even tried copying it from (my Xiphos path)
C:\Documents and Settings\David\Application Data\Sword
to (my BibleCS path)
C:\Program Files\CrossWire\The SWORD Project
and now I can't
This morning I downloaded it for BibleCS from the CrossWire beta!

Never mind this. My problem was my own doing and has nothing to do
with the newline or David's issue.
David, I believe the only problem is that you are looking in the beta
repo rather than the ma

First, it's in the main repo, not the beta. But there still is a
problem apparently. The .conf is
I have tried unsuccessfully to install Che1860 into Xiphos for Windows.
Using the Xiphos install manager, I just can't find it in the CrossWire
beta.
Anyone know the cause, or is it just me?
I have installed it to different path using the BibleCS install manager

Chris,
No need for my sake to work on that for the minute, as I suspect that the
apostrophe's etc are not all encoded differently.
Thanks

Hi Chris,
Thanks for updating w.r.t. the BOM. I've downloaded that and will use it
from now on. By the way, I've just checked and that didn't change the
normal usage. But with only one book it did not have the BOM character but
still didn't recognise the book (GEN):
GEINEASAS
The version of
Strawberry Perl advertises itself as "exactly the same as Perl
everywhere else." If that's true, it will work fine with usfm2osis.pl.
If it doesn't work, it's because something about Strawberry Perl is
non-standard, so I'd be disinclined to expend any effort to support it.
