There are individual zips for each utility as well as an

I'm trying to remake the module GerLutherpredigten , which has broken entry
names afaik.
If the text is in utf-8 should the entry names (which contain umlauts) be
encoded the same way?
At the moment I don't remember how to do it the right way.
