Let's assume that a presentation semantic is that:
First paragraphs in a chapter are handled specially, with the verse
number is not emitted and the first letter is made to span the start of
3 lines in a fanc
The swig Python bindings have a couple issues. I checked out the latest
svn and installed the libraries. Then I did the following:
cd sword-build/bindings/swig/package
./autogen.sh
