do not run together. Will mod2osis be able to convert the module if it is
using osis tags, if not, I need to know (header, and tail) for these items: Global

There are 2 problems that I see at first glance, and maybe someone can
correct me if I'm wrong:
1) Multiple attributes with the same name are not allowed in XML, i.e.
