The TWiki is supposed to be a main collaboration area for developers, but
hasn`t been used a lot recently. That's sad as it is a great tool.

It varies greatly, depending on compiler, processor, memory, etc. But
as a general rule, building with Borland takes forever. By the time you
finish building

I think you are right. That's what I was saying. I think we just need the
UTF-8 meta tag in the page. I don't think the meta tag is absolutely
necessary, but it is best practice afaik.

I think adding that usability feature is a good idea. I wouldn't use 1px
gifs though. What we could do is add a second list of navigation items and
then hide the list from the screen in CSS enabled browsers.
Speaking of accessibility, we could also use the accesskey attribute to
make it even more
