know if they are confusing or not. I just wanted to spread the love around

To get the sword .lib to build using EVC, I had to go
to the new tools for PocketPC 2003 and grab the header
files (MS finally includes STL with EVC4). My
question is whether this path is ok to go down
considering it would require EVC3+ and the STL header

here's a short explanation how the page are organized and what's important to
know.
Basically you have to know two dirs and some files:
Dirs ate layouts and tiles.
- -layouts contains the page-wide template. It's the basic HTML structur
